Appointments
All appointments must be booked online.
Please ensure you select the correct treatment and read the treatment description carefully before booking.
If you’re unsure which service to choose, please contact me before booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
Full treatment may not be possible if significant time is lost.

Nail Services
I am happy to work on damaged or bitten nails
I cannot carry out treatments on infected nails or skin
If infection is identified at your appointment, the treatment will not go ahead.
Infills are offered on gel applied by me only and are for hands only.
If infills are not suitable, a soak off & re-do will be required.
Toe gels are always a full removal & reapplication.
Pedicure treatments are only available when gel polish is applied to toes.

Treatment Suitability
I reserve the right to refuse or amend a treatment if it is not suitable on the day, to ensure safety and best results.

Massage treatments are available to women only.

General
Please attend appointments clean and free from infection.
Patch tests are required where necessary for certain treatments.
